WHITE ELASTOMERIC ROOF COATING

USER BENEFITS:

  • DEFLECTS UV RAYS
  • BEAUTIFIES
  • RUBBERIZED TO WITHSTAND ROOF MOVEMENT
  • VERSATILE
  • EASY TO APPLY
WHITE ELASTOMERIC ROOF COATING is an elastomeric acrylic polymer emulsion system that effectively protects rubber, metal and polyurethane foam roofs. Brilliant white Titanium Dioxide pigment enhances its reflective capability to protect the roof membrane and help reduce interior temperature. Easily applied by brush, or roller or spray.

Deflects UV Rays

Top quality Titanium Dioxide pigment gives WHITE ELASTOMERIC ROOF COATING superior reflectivity and exceptional beauty. Damaging ultraviolet rays are deflected before they ever enter and degrade a roof system. This reduces thermal shock which, in turn, preserves the roof membrane and promotes longer service life.

Beautifies

The brilliant white beauty of WHITE ELASTOMERIC ROOF COATING is unequalled. But even more important than simple cosmetic appearance, it protects and preserves the surface to which it is applied. Rubber, polyurethane foam and metal roofs last longer when covered with this product.

Rubberized To Withstand Roof Movement

WHITE ELASTOMERIC ROOF COATING incorporates special polymers which expand and contract with normal roof movement. These polymers are more UV resistant than conventional SBS types and maintain their flexibility longer under the most extreme weather conditions.

Easy To Apply

When applying WHITE ELASTOMERIC ROOF COATING, best results are achieved by using a soft-bristled brush, medium-nap roller or airless spray system with a minimum working pressure of 3,000 psi.  Stir thoroughly prior to use. Always apply to a clean, dry surface.
